Silver Recruiting Services ("we", "us") helps CDL-A truck drivers find jobs with US motor carriers and helps carriers find drivers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- From drivers: your name, phone number, email address and your answers about your CDL, experience, English and the kind of job you want.
- From carriers: company name, contact name, phone, work email and the kind of drivers you need.
- Automatically: basic technical data such as the page you came from, your browser and device, and ad campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source or fbclid).
How we use it
- To call, text or email you about CDL-A job opportunities or about the drivers you asked for.
- To match drivers with carriers whose requirements fit.
- To measure which ads and pages bring applications, so we can improve them.
Who we share it with
We share a driver's information only with the carriers the driver agrees to be presented to. We use service providers to run our website, phone, text messaging and customer records; they may use your data only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
Calls and text messages
If you agree in our application, we may call and text you, including with automated or AI-assisted calls and texts, about CDL-A job opportunities. Up to 6 messages a week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of applying. Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep application data while it is useful for finding you a job or a driver, and delete it when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or stop calls and texts at any time. To do any of this, email us at operations@tss-tms.com or call +1 (937) 913-4333.
Children
Our services are for adults with a commercial driver's license. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
