Silver Recruiting Services is a driver recruiting service. We are not a motor carrier and we do not employ drivers on behalf of carriers. Each carrier makes its own hiring decisions and sets its own pay, benefits, equipment and requirements.

Job information

Pay rates, bonuses, home time and other details on this site are provided by carriers and can change. Your recruiter confirms the current details with you before you apply to a carrier. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment.

Free for drivers

Applying through Silver Recruiting Services is free for drivers. Carriers pay us when they hire a driver we introduce.

Your information

You agree to give us accurate information. How we use it is described in our privacy policy.

Using the site

Do not misuse the site, send false applications or try to interfere with how it works. The content and branding on this site belong to Silver Recruiting Services.

Limits

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made by carriers or for losses that come from using the site.
