Pay and benefits

• Dry Van up to $0.75 (solo) · Team up to $1.00 or 30% · Reefer up to $0.78 or 30% · Flatbed up to $0.80 or 30%
• Team: up to $1.00 per mile
• Or 30% of gross
• Home time: Min 3 weeks out (4 preferred), 1 day off earned per week. 45+ days out: up to $150 home time reimbursement
• $1,000 sign-on bonus
• Miles: 3,500+ mi/wk
• Trucks: 2025–2026 Volvo & Freightliner, forward-facing camera, 73 MPH · APU, fridge, microwave, inverter
• Lanes: All 48 contiguous states
• 3,500+ miles/week
• Keep truck up to 5 days at home
• Passengers allowed (authorization form)
• On-site shop, 24/7 safety & roadside
• Deposit: $1,250 (van) · $1,500 (open deck) · occupational insurance $179/mo

Requirements

• CDL-A, 1+ year verifiable experience
• Standard state Class A CDL
• Can talk with DOT officers in English
