CDL-A Solo / Team Dry Van — 1099

Pay and benefits

• $0.75 CPM flat, all miles (same rate solo or team)
• Home time: 2 weeks out = 2 days off, +1 day per extra week. Long-haul states (NY, FL, AZ, UT, CO, WY, ND): 4 weeks min
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Trucks: 2020–2026 Volvo & Freightliner Cascadia, automatic, 69–70 MPH · APU, fridge, microwave, inverter · 53ft dry van
• Lanes: South, Southeast, Southwest
• $500 referral bonus
• Weekly direct deposit (Friday)
• Detention, layover & extra stops paid
• Travel up to $250 + airport pickup
• First load within 24h after orientation
• Pets allowed
• On-site repair shop
• Deposit: $2,000 escrow (negotiable), no security deposit

Requirements

• CDL-A, 2+ years verifiable experience
• Standard state Class A CDL
• Can talk with DOT officers in English
